Job Description:

As our Sr. Business Analyst for Rummy Acquisition, you'll drive data-powered insights and strategies to enhance our web/mobile gaming platform, bringing Rummy to millions of players. You'll work to solve complex analytical problems, delivering actionable insights that fuel data-driven decision-making and optimize key metrics across acquisition, retention, and engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly analytical, and have a knack for translating data into strategies that guide the team's success.Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced data algorithms and numerical methods for forecasting, predictive analysis, and simulations aimed at optimizing key metrics, such as customer retention, engagement, and user acquisition.
• Analyze customer data to provide insights that improve targeting, optimize engagement, and support cost-effective customer retention strategies.
• Develop and manage reporting processes for all KPIs, ensuring accurate data tracking and monitoring.
• Foster a data-centric culture by educating the organization on data patterns, growth trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance conversion funnels, improve customer retention, and design A/B tests focused on user acquisition, with ownership of impact analysis.
• Conduct spending analysis and forecasting to drive informed budget decisions.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as B.Tech, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of analytics experience, with hands-on expertise across data gathering, data quality management, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in at least one statistical/analytics tool or language (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
  • Strong understanding of analytical algorithms, numerical methods, and data-driven tactics for enhancing operational and user engagement metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire, Advanced Excel).
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proven track record of developing innovative, data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment and present findings to senior management.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive insights and inform decision-making that directly impacts KPIs.
