Compliance Pricing Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compliance Pricing Analyst to evaluate compliance performance related to pricing and assist in monitoring state regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of mortgage-related state and federal regulations
Conduct monitoring and testing related to pricing compliance risks
Draft reports summarizing findings for senior and executive management

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage compliance, laws, and regulations
Minimum 2 years of mortgage pricing experience
Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience
Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
