About the Role:
As a CBRE Transaction Analyst, you will provide evaluation and
support the execution of commercial real estate transaction
activities and financial reporting for a defined portfolio of
commercial properties on behalf of our clients.
This is a hybrid position. The Transaction Analyst will be required
to work onsite at our Global Technology Client's office in
Sunnyvale, CA.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Analyst position
is $70,000 annually or $33.66 per hour and the maximum salary for
the Transaction Analyst position is $106,000 annually or $50.96 per
hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate
will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and
experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
