Position: Print Production - Bindery Associate
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: 12:00PM - 8:30PM - - - Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR

Summary: -
Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bindery Production Associate to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities: -

• Assist in various bindery and print production tasks.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all finishing processes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Use equipment such as paper cutters, folders, and binders to process printed materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare -materials for binding, including aligning, stacking, and ensuring all components are ready for the binding process.
• Follow -safety protocols and maintain -a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform -basic troubleshooting on bindery equipment to ensure smooth operations. -
  Qualifications:
  • Minimum experience in a print environment, with knowledge of print production processes.
  • Finishing experience is highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey job-related information.
  • Physically capable of lifting weights ranging from 25 to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a noisy environment.
  • Comfortable performing various physical tasks, including lifting, reaching, and bending.
