Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant, Extended Services to
activate and configure software for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple small projects and change requests from live
customers
Provide exceptional customer service and consult on best practices
for software usage
Configure the product to meet client needs and assist in developing
change management processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience with database-driven workflow products or
financial management software
Proficiency with Emburse products or equivalent, with a minimum of
3 years of experience
Ability to manage multiple large initiatives with minimal
guidance
Strong knowledge of accounting systems and terminology relevant to
the product offerings
