The Role: As the Senior Management Analyst for Recruitment, you
will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and effective
recruitment process that attracts top talent, especially for
hard-to-fill and unclassified positions. This highly visible role
is integral to the success of our recruitment team, as key
stakeholders-including HR leadership, Unit Managers, and Valley
Water-wide Executive Level Leadership-will rely on you for careful
planning, meticulous reporting, and actionable insights.
In addition to handling critical recruitments, you will lead Valley
Water's diversity outreach initiatives, implement process
improvements, and support key Board-directed projects. In this
role, you will need to be responsive, proactive, and always ready
to address complex recruitment needs. You must possess a deep
understanding of Valley Water's operations, anticipate customer
needs, and maintain the highest level of personal integrity and
professionalism.

Required License or Certificate

Talent Acquisition & Career Pathways Unit (Position Code 742)Valley
Water Telework Program: Eligibility for telework will depend on the
type of work performed, operational needs, and the ability for the
employee to perform the essential functions of their job duties
while teleworking. Employment with Valley Water requires employees
to live within 150 miles of their primary physical work location
located in San Jose, California by their start date. This position
is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, typically working 40%
remote and 60% onsite.
