Job Description:
Our leading client in the medical testing industry is seeking a
Communication & Engagement Specialist - Marketing to add to their
growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity in San
Francisco, requiring working onsite 2-3 days/week. This is a
contract role for 6 months to start, with possible extension.TASKS
& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive Communications - work closely with Domain and Chapter
Leads on key messages and internal and external
communications.
- Maintaining and updating the Portal.
- Marketing - oversee surveys, Mailchimp, reminder emails,
digital posters & signage.
- Podcast support.
- Branding Packages - organize and share branding packages.
- Offsite and Event Coordination - manage the logistics
associated with event planning as assigned.
- Draft communications.
- Logistical support as needed.
- Graphic Design - create aesthetically creative presentations,
etc.SKILLS & PRACTICES
- Electronic Communication - advanced ability to respond to email
requests as soon as reasonably possible, not to exceed 24
hours.
- Written Communication - advanced ability to write and edit
documentation, and determine actions needed for documents to
execute information.
- Oral Communication - ability to communicate with proper
English; other languages welcomed.
- Documents - ability to navigate and effectively utilize Google
Suite features at the advanced level.
- Presentations (i.e., Google Presentations) - ability to
navigate and effectively utilize presentation features at the
advanced level.
- Spreadsheets (i.e., Google Spreadsheets) - ability to navigate
and effectively utilize spreadsheets at the beginner level.
- Technology - ability to use a computer and navigate the
internet with relative comfortability.
- Excellence - promote excellence in every area of
discipline.
- Team Work - utilize opportunities to encourage and affirm our
team members.ATTRIBUTES
- 5+ years of professional administrative experience.
- 2+ years of experience in internal/executive communications or
marketing communications.
- BA in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience creating presentations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.The target hiring
compensation range for this role is $30.10 to $33.44 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited
to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications,
and location.
