Transdev is proud to offer:

• $20.50 to $26.50/per hour (DOE)*Subject to Union Contract

• Paid time off & vacation Responsibilities:---
• Answered customer phone calls and scheduled rides using the scheduling system.
• Enter new customer information and changes into the system
• Communicate late vehicle service and verify "No Shows" with customers
• Resolve service-related complaints
• Create daily route maps of reservations for the drivers ---Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of reservationist or customer service experience
• Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software
• Ability to operate standard telephone system
