Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Advisory
Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and enhance the compliance management system (CMS) for Bank
Business Lines and BaaS FinTech Partners
Provide strategic regulatory compliance advice and problem-solving
expertise to senior staff and leadership
Lead compliance risk assessments and manage issue identification
and remediation efforts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management,
audit, or legal roles in the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education,
professional certification, and/or experience
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation or
ability to obtain within one year
Leadership experience in compliance, risk management, audit, and
regulatory examination processes
Extensive knowledge of financial services, BaaS, deposit, lending,
and privacy compliance laws and regulations
