many partners to advance sustainable solutions in climate and clean
energy, enable groundbreaking research in science, enhance the
education of our youngest learners, and support human rights for
all people. In 2021, the Foundation awarded more than $141 million
in grants. The Foundation's grantmaking is guided by the values of

innovation, relationships, and integrity. ABOUT THE POSITION The
Program Associate (PA) provides administrative and program-related
support to the Foundation's Community & Opportunity team. The
Community and Opportunity program (C&O) focuses on four areas:
building community power in San Jose, organizational effectiveness
for grantees across the Foundation, journalism, and the CEO Fund.
COMPENSATION The target starting salary is $75,000-95,000/year.
