The ideal candidate will proficiently handle medical procedures such as EKGs and injections, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols. They should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, managing appointments, patient inquiries, and inventory efficiently.       • Provide extraordinary patient care and customer service, establishing and maintaining excellent rapport to promote long-term program success.
      • Manage initial patient inquiries, phone calls, appointment reminders, rescheduling, and follow-up post-visits.
      • Ensure proper labs are in place prior to consultations and alert clinician for necessary follow-ups.
      • Assist in BHRT services including EKGs, in-body tests, body composition analysis, blood pressure readings, autoclaving, and injections under clinician direction.
      • Assist with EMR charting to facilitate workflow, keep records organized, and ensure proper identifying information is recorded.
      • Triage medication refill requests and inquiries from pharmacies, assist in daily clinic operations, and manage BHRT inventory and account balances.Minimum Requirements:
        • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in health and wellness and/or medical/clinical office setting.
        • High School diploma required. AA, BS, or BA in nutrition, dietetics, or related field preferred.
        • Medical Assistant certification preferred.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, efficiently managing incoming calls and visitors.
        • Proficient in MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems and patient scheduling & billing systems.
        • Professional, empathetic, positive, articulate, and proactive.
        • Reliable means of personal transportation.
