Job Title Material Coordinator
Pay: $25-28 per hour- Depending on experience
1st Shift! 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Duration: 3+ months, potential for temp-to-direct hire

Overview:
The Operations Associate I will monitor, track, and transfer materials according to company procedures and regulatory requirements, while supporting production and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and store incoming inventory.
• Manage material movement and fulfillment, including MTRs and Kanban systems.
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct audits.
• Ship products and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform inventory transactions within the RP system.
• Keep the warehouse organized and compliant with safety regulations.
• Manage hazardous waste as needed. Requirements:
  • Proficient with hand tools and willing to travel within the Bay Area.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED with two years of entry-level experience.
  • Familiarity with Word and Excel; warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
