Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Delivery Lead to manage and
oversee digital project delivery within the Office of Risk
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they
meet budget and timeline expectations
Manage and mentor ORM team members to deliver high-quality digital
services
Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular reports to
leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Management Information
Systems, Computer Science, or related field
2-5 years of experience in a large organization, professional
services firm, or CPA firm
Prior experience with Process Automation tools such as Automation
Anywhere, Blueprism, or UiPath
Experience delivering IT consulting services encompassing strategy,
people, process, technology, and infrastructure
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
preferred
