  • ICU - Manager position at Mark Twain Medical Center
  • 6 beds in the ICU
  • House supervisor for hospital to fill in as charge as needed
  • Hospitalist in house 24/7, intensivist available via telehealth
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have at least one year of experience working in ICU
    • Must be flexible to needs of unit and hospital
    • No prior travel experience is needed
    • Must be a team player
      • Schedule Information
      • 12 hr shifts, 7-7
      • Self-scheduling to some degree
      • Schedules made out about 3-4 weeks in advance
      • Currently no set requirement but traveler should be expected to work holidays if needed
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Floating requirements: Float to MedSurg/swing where ratio is 1:4 for tele & 1:5 for MedSurg
        • ICU may close if there is no need for patients to stay on unit
        • If ICU closes, RN goes on standby in case we need to reopen
          • Additional Details
          • Orientation dates are only once per month
          • Dress Code: No Hoodies/Sweatshirts or Sweat Jackets
          • Located 11 miles from New Hogan Lake
          • Located about 10 miles from historic California Caverns
