Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to lead
transformative change for their Payer Partnerships team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards from multiple
data sources
Analyze historical data to create insights and provide actionable
recommendations
Act as a liaison between the business and Data Engineering to
prioritize data improvements
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in strategic data analytics, preferably in
healthcare or high-growth startups
Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency for querying data from the
data warehouse
Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or
Lightdash
Strong collaboration skills with cultural humility and empathy
Ability to manage and balance multiple ongoing priorities
