Community & Recreation Services DirectorSalary: $203,388 to $243,840Location: Union City, CAClosing Date: December 6, 2024Description:The City of Union City is looking for a visionary and motivated professional to step into the role of Community & Recreation Services Director. You will help drive the department's mission while supporting vital community resources like a senior center, swim complex, and youth services programs.A typical way to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position would be to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Recreation Management, or a related field and at least five years of progressively responsible experience, including supervisory roles. Experience with social services, homelessness programs, and grant writing is highly desirable.
