Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Packaging Director, Owned
Brands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and creative direction for packaging of Owned
Brands product portfolio
Develop packaging from concept to production, ensuring alignment
with marketing and sustainability goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external
resources for quality and integrity throughout the project
lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts,
Industrial Design, or a related field
8+ years of design experience, with at least 3 years focused on
packaging design
Proven track record of delivering innovative packaging designs
across various product categories
Experience managing teams and delegating tasks effectively
Expertise in design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator and
Photoshop
