Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Proposal Manager to manage the
proposal process for federal bids.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full proposal development process from RFP release to
submission
Develop compliant and compelling proposals aligned with company
capabilities
Facilitate working sessions with SMEs and contributors to create
effective proposals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, journalism,
or communications
Minimum five years of experience as a proposal writer or
coordinator
Understanding of the federal procurement process and familiarity
with FAR
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight
deadlines
