Job Description:
A company is looking for a RVP, Enterprise Sales to lead their
Enterprise Sales team and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Motivate and manage a team of Enterprise sellers to meet sales
targets
Identify new opportunities and develop go-to-market plans
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic clients and
collaborate with other departments
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of B2B enterprise SaaS experience, with 3-4 years in
sales management
Proven ability to establish scalable processes for team
accountability
Experience in building and leading a multi-product sales motion is
a plus
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies
aligned with company goals
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior
executives
