Job Description:
A company is looking for a Grievance and Appeals Manager to
manage client denials and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analytic reviews of clinical documentation to
determine grievances and appeals
Lead a team of associates handling member inquiries and resolving
issues
Collaborate cross-departmentally and manage departmental projects
and initiatives
Required Qualifications
6 or more years of customer service experience
2 or more years of experience leading an operational team with
direct reports
Experience in the healthcare industry or medical field
Strong data entry skills and advanced experience with Microsoft
Word and Excel
Experience handling multiple projects and maintaining
confidentiality
