their terms.About this team and role:As the Senior Director of
Product for Firefox Growth, you will be responsible for the growth
strategy for all of Firefox, leading a team of dedicated managers
and product managers and working on a product that is used by
millions worldwide! Your primary goal will be to increase the daily
active usage of the browser through improving user engagement,
retention, and activation. You'll use your experience growing other
digital products, driving cross company alignment on growth
initiatives, product excellence, and strong leadership skills to
help Firefox grow.What you'll do:
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement a
comprehensive growth strategy, aimed at increasing daily active
usage, user engagement, retention, and activation
- Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of product
managers and managers, fostering a culture of innovation,
collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to building a world-class product team.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply data and analytics to inform
product decisions and the growth strategy, continuously
experimenting to optimize product experiences.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with
engineering, marketing, UX, and other teams to align on growth
objectives and deliver key results.
- User Experience: Advocate for the user, ensuring that growth
initiatives enhance the user experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate progress, insights, and
recommendations to senior leadership and collaborators via
quarterly business reviews and other senior meetings.What you'll
bring:
- 12+ years of Product Management experience, including impactful
leadership roles on major products
- 5+ years of direct PM management experience, including managing
other leaders
- Demonstrated ability to drive the growth of a consumer product,
with a focus on increasing engagement, retention, activation, and
creating growth loops in product.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to
drive decision making and measure success
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on
long-term growth and sustainability.
- Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, with a passion
for creating products that delight users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and
stakeholders.What you'll get:
