This rapid growth brings a variety of exciting challenges - such as ensuring smooth production of Tonies & Tonieboxes. That's why we are looking for strong support for our fantastic Production System Management Team! As a Production Project Manager (all genders), you will together with your team be responsible for the introduction of standardized and reliable production processes to support our Toniebox suppliers. You will serve as a crucial interface between our internal development and local manufacturing, significantly contributing to our Lean Production.Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Project Management: Independent planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of projects in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Process Development: Development, maintenance, and optimization of Toniebox production processes to ensure stable and efficient production at the supplier.
• Automation: Implementation of initiatives to optimize and automate production processes and systems.
• Support: Providing top-notch support for all parties involved in Toniebox production, both internally and externally.
• Quality Control: Implementation of measures to comply with quality standards.
• Process Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and improvement of production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.The position is based in D--sseldorf, offering a competitive salary.
