  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Set up and run multiple A/B tests and prove feature success with data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of product experience is a must, preferable if the candidate has worked in any modules to drive retention.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus around product launches.
    • Should have motivation to understand the technical aspects of the product owned.
    • Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Jira.
    • Exposure to real money gaming like fantasy league, poker, and rummy would be a big plus. Love for games and creating a fun, compelling, and addictive user experience.
    • Must have the passion to self-motivate, the guide to selling your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally.
