.About this role:Ironclad is seeking an experienced and strategic
Senior Business Operations Manager to scale our operations team.
This pivotal role requires a practitioner who will drive
cross-functional initiatives and optimize processes that support
our ambitious growth trajectory. As a key member of this new team,
you will play a critical role in shaping Ironclad's operational
strategy and execution.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Management & Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Drive the operational strategy for the company, ensuring
alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee key projects that enhance company operations.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify
opportunities for improvement. Lead initiatives to gather insights
through interviews, surveys, and data analytics tools.
- Propose actions to the management team using data to support
their major choices.
- Operational Excellence & Change Management:
- Enhance and streamline core company operations, including
company annual planning, and ad hoc strategic projects. Implement
and refine processes that ensure high levels of productivity and
performance within the organization.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions
during process and system enhancements.
- Act as a champion for operational initiatives, appropriately
communicating changes and benefits to the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with stakeholders and executive team to develop and
implement best practices and scalable solutions that improve
company-wide performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across
teams to achieve operational excellence.Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in business operations or
related fields, with a strong preference for SaaS and dynamic
environments.
- Analytical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and
visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel) with a strong ability to
derive insights and drive actionable outcomes.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated success in developing and
executing operational strategies that align with business goals and
drive growth.
- Communication Skills: Must have ability to effectively
communicate across the company and various levels of
leadership.
- Business Acumen: Deep knowledge of business operations and
financial principles, with a strong focus on delivering measurable
results.
- Educational Background: MBA or relevant advanced degree
preferred; strong academic and professional credentials in
management, finance, or operations.
- Teammate Qualities: High output, low ego; collaborative with a
proven ability to inspire others and drive change across the

caregiversBase Salary Range: $159,000 - $199,000The base salary
range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for
this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual
base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous
factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance,
and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just
one component of Ironclad's competitive total rewards package,
which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with
opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure),
