JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION: Vice President (VP) of Finance REPORTS
TO: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt JOB
CLASSIFICATION: Vice President UNION ELIGIBLE: No WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Hybrid (3 days/week in office) or 100% Onsite, In-Office 5
Days/Week LOCATION: San Francisco, CA SALARY RANGE:

in San Francisco in 1902, the LightHouse's purpose is to promote
the independence, equality and self-reliance of people who are
blind or visually impaired. The LightHouse is currently in a period
of growth, increasing our capacity to serve more low-vision and
blind clients. *Blind/visually impaired strongly encouraged to
apply. OVERVIEW: The VP of Finance will manage all financial
aspects of LightHouse, ensuring financial health, stability, and
growth. Key responsibilities include financial planning, risk
management, recordkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. The
VP of Finance will work closely with the CEO and the Board of
Directors to support strategic decision-making and advance the
