We're looking for an energetic, driven, and positive team member to
be our first operations manager! You'll be part of an innovative
and forward-thinking team building the future of AI. We're an

- Ensure our daily operations run smoothly, e.g., scheduling,
ordering office supplies, handling logistics.
- Organize team events and big and small initiatives to foster
our culture and growth.
- Develop and automate processes to optimize our workflows.
- Manage and optimize supply chain and vendor relationships to
ensure seamless operations and cost efficiency.
- Assist in recruiting new employees by discovering good
candidates, write outreach emails, and scheduling calls, for
example.
- Assist with HR, e.g., onboarding, managing benefits, and answer
company policy questions.
- You identify trends, forecast needs, and address operational
challenges.
- You will set operational goals and budgets, and track
performance.
- Potentially taking on higher-level strategic roles and tasks as
we grow. What we look for
- Strong understanding of business operations, vendor management,
and maximizing efficiency.
- Great organizational and communication skills (verbal and
written).
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong judgement and critical reasoning skills, with the
ability to navigate new situations.
- Attention to detail.
- Being self-driven, proactive, and responsible.
- Expert proficiency with digital tools and their advanced
features (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc).
- Being willing and able to learn new skills and using new tools
as needed.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and contributing to an energizing

- Passion and commitment to achieve great things with your

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related roles.
