service.Description:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
function, and it includes but is not limited to:
- Manage communication between direct customers and internal
teams, particularly with business operations internationally.
- Work with engineering and sales teams in Korea and other
countries to win design-ins and ensure customer specifications are
met at a competitive price.
- All aspects of customer support; project award efforts, NRE
cost negotiations, sample quotes, PO requests, and price
negotiations, AR payment follow-up.
- Meet sales targets through effective planning and
budgeting.
- Conduct market research and be the voice of the customer to the
company team in HQ.
- Align customer and factory needs.
- Contract negotiations.
- Participate in trade shows such as EDS (Electronics
Distribution Show).
- Educate the inside sales team to become familiar with the
industry ecosystem.
- Manage Sales reps (QBRs, Training, Opportunity review, buddy
calls) in the region.
- Manage distribution activity (QBRs, Training, Buddy calls,
etc.) in the aforementioned regions.Requirement:Education/Training
and Experience:- 3+ years in selling electronic components (as
Regional Distribution or Regional Sales Manager).- 3+ years'
experience working in the industry, consumer electronics, or
semiconductors, preferably in international business environments.-
Demonstrated experience in budget and forecast abilities.-
Exceptional customer interface and customer service track record.-
Strong organizational, time-management, and negotiation skills.-
Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts
and customers.- Strong/Advanced computer abilities (computerized
systems, mobile devices, and MS Office).- Ability to multitask,
prioritize workload, and determine priorities.- Detail-oriented and
results-driven.- Generate spreadsheets, reports, data, and other
information for presentations.- Read, analyze and interpret work
instructions and procedures.- Ability to change gears comfortably.-
Willingness to travel about 20%+ of the time.- Strong communication
skills in a multi-cultural business environment.- Bachelor's degree
